Don Mc Farland is a realtor to beat all others. In April of 2000 we were lucky enough to find Don when looking to buy our first house. Knowing nothing about real estate Don held our hands, worked with us at every turn, and found a house to suit our needs.
In 2006 when we were relocating for my Husband's job we needed to sell our home and the only name that came to mind was Don Mc Farland's. Knowing that he would work for us in every way. We at the time moved out of state right as the house went on the market. We needed to entrust Don with the entire sell of our home. Being three states away there was little that we could do to help with this process. Don over saw every detail, communicated with us, and ensured that we received the best price for the sell of our home. Don crawled through our basement, he made minor repairs, and all with a cheerful disposition which set our minds at ease. There is nothing more important in life then the sell of your home and Don made it as easy as possible every step of the way.
I would never recommend another realtor in the Boise area when looking to buy or sell your home. Don is a cut far and beyond any other. He knows the market, understands the process, and is the kindest man that I have ever done business with.
